Join David Mzee on May 3

Last year at the Wings for Life World Run in Switzerland, David Mzee walked 390m before the Catcher Car passed him.

For David, that was a huge achievement – and the furthest he’d walked since his accident in 2010. And it was all thanks to a clinical trial supported by Wings for Life, which fitted an electrical stimulation implant to his spinal cord, helping him to move his legs again.

Now the Wings for Life World Run ambassador, is looking forward to setting a new record in 2020.
