Welcome to the Flagship Run Vienna
Vienna, the capital of Austria, is known for its quality of life and its unique blend of tradition and modernity. Imperial splendour, Art Nouveau buildings and a long musical tradition shaped by famous residents such as Mozart and Beethoven meet contemporary architecture, art and festivals. The historic city centre is one of the most beautiful in Europe and, together with Schรถnbrunn Palace and Park, has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The extraordinarily green city โ over 50% green space โ is also one of the most โconnectedโ in the world, thanks to its location on the Danube with 1,700 bridges.
Participants in the Wings for Life World Run will not only experience the special flair of Vienna's historic centre but will also enjoy the meandering Danube and numerous tourist attractions like St. Stephenโs Cathedral and the Prater along the course.
The Flagship Run Vienna is SOLD OUT. To redeem a voucher code, click here to register.

Track
The race through Vienna starts on โRingstrasseโ. Passing City Hall and Burgtheater, the University of Vienna and โSchwedenplatzโ, the route leads to the Vienna State Opera. From there it follows โLinke Wienzeileโ, โGumpendorfer Gรผrtelโ and โMariahilfer Gรผrtelโ across the various districts of Vienna. Along historic buildings such as the Museum of Fine Arts and Natural History, the โHofburgโ, the Parliament and the โBurgtheaterโ, runners in Vienna then once again pass the start before heading to โSchwedenplatzโ, followed by โWeissgerberlรคndeโ, โStadionbrรผckeโ, Lusthausstrasse, Hauptallee, Praterstern, Lasallestrasse all the way to the Reichsbrรผcke, โWagramerstrasseโ and โArbeiterstrandbadstrasseโ, then over the โRollerdammโ onto the New Danube, over the โSteinitzstegโ onto the Danube Island and out to the โEinlaufbauwerkโ and on towards Lower Austria, out of the city to Tulln.
